Delivery Method & Estimated Delivery Times
All UK orders are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class, with orders over £50 sent Royal Mail Signed For. Your items should be with you within 2-3 working days from shipping. Please be aware that Royal Mail delays beyond our control do occur over Christmas and other busy periods.
For our European and Rest of World customers, we'd still love to serve you. Please contact us with details of what you'd wish to purchase at hello@loolaloves.co.uk and we'll get back to you with accurate shipping costs and delivery time estimates.
We will always do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them due to carrier delivery delays.
PLEASE NOTE : Orders placed between 15th and 18th February will be shipped on the 19th February. Please allow for this delay when placing your order.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available from our Macclesfield store during opening times. This can be selected at checkout.
Free Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for both SK10 and SK11 posctodes. This can be selected at checkout. Your order will be delivered in a timely manner, Monday-Saturday.
Customs and import taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Loola Loves is not responsible for charges or delays due to customs.
Packaging
We carefully package every order so that it arrives with you in the best possible condition. We reuse packaging wherever possible, in order to reduce waste and minimise our carbon footprint. Please excuse the appearance, the contents of the package will still be the carefully protected, quality product that you expect from us.
We encourage our customers to reuse our packaging wherever possible too.
Cancellations
If you would like to amend or cancel you order, please email hello@loolaloves.co.uk. Include your order details and reason for cancellation. Please note that if the order has already been processed then it may not be possible to cancel it, but we will always try our best to help.
Please note that if the delivery address you enter is incorrect and you do not email to rectify the issue, then you will be charged delivery again to send it to the correct address.
